There is adjustments to the unload valve and you have to adjust the charge pressure. The question you have to ask your self is, do I want power or do I want speed? Unfortunately, you can't have both. Either max speed or max power. It may just be a bad battery and checking for parasitic drain is the first item to check. Although the RTV1100 is not any faster than the RTV900, it does have quite a bit more grunt power. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep. Are the schematics you gave me links to for the X1100C. The latch on the inside will raise; however, it does not release the door. You have to roll the window down and reach outside and use the exterior handle. On occasion the inside will work.
